The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-impact performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms, analytical expertise, creativity, and the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
*Campaign Strategy & Execution
*Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance channels.
*Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and audience segmentation to build effective campaign strategies.
*Develop full-funnel performance marketing plans aligned with client and company objectives.
*Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
*Identify optimization opportunities across bidding, targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages.
*Run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
*Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
*Present campaign results, trends, and strategy updates to internal teams and clients.
*Monitor KPIs closely and make data-backed decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
*Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
*In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.).
*Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable ROI and scalability.
*Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
*Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and funnel strategies.
*Excellent communication and project management skills.
*Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
*Agency experience (preferred).
*Experience working with e-commerce, real estate, automotive, education, or similar industries.
*Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates.
