We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator Intern who will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The intern will oversee ongoing project activities, ensure timely updates are shared with all stakeholders, and maintain effective communication across multiple digital channels and groups. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities across multiple client projects.
2. Act as a bridge between the client servicing team and internal departments (SEO, content, design, social media, Paid Ads etc.).
3. Provide regular project and client updates to internal team members.
4. Ensure proper and timely communication is sent to clients regarding project progress, deliverables, and updates.
5. Monitor all official communication channels (including WhatsApp groups, emails, and task trackers) to stay informed about ongoing updates and ensure alignment.
6. Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
7. Maintain project documentation, client updates, and progress reports.
8. Identify bottlenecks or communication gaps and escalate issues promptly to the Project Manager.
9. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing action items.
10. Support the overall coordination of marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
4. Good understanding of digital marketing basics is an advantage.
5. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
6. Comfortable using communication tools like WhatsApp, Email and CRM.
