Even though it is optional to get our annual maintenance contract (AMC), we recommend you go for it since you might need our support with managing the complex data structure of the CRM. With an AMC, we will do free security audits and health checkups to ensure your CRM will be available 24/7.
As a full-fledged software development company, we can develop CRM or other custom software using any programming language and technologies. However, if we go for a different technology, we may not be able to leverage the CRM framework we have developed over the past 10+ years, which will incur significant additional costs for development.

The software will be hosted in a server dedicated to you with full root admin access for you on the server.
