The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and overseeing social media campaigns while managing a team of executives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
*Lead and mentor a team of Social Media Executives and Content Creators.
*Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
*Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
*Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
*Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, and Design teams for integrated campaigns.
*Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
*Present reports and performance insights to clients.
*Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
*3–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
*Excellent content planning and copywriting skills.
*Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills.
*Client handling and communication expertise.
