Performance Marketing Internship in Kochi and Calicut

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to build a career in paid advertising and digital marketing.

Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site)
Internship Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Perform keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
• Track campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Support A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.
• Analyze campaign data and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
